Welcome Business Owners

Congratulations! You have just taken a monumental step toward success. You should be commended for consistently trying to improve your business as well as yourself.

Most entrepreneurs won’t admit they could use a little business help. Business coaching is not for everyone. Taking advice from a business advisor is also low on many entrepreneurs’ wish lists.

Just like entrepreneurs, all business coaches are not created equal. I have a successful small business coaching practice in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m blessed to work one-on-one with some of the most passionate people in a fascinating variety of industries. Thanks to social media and wonderful technology, I’m also able to work with entrepreneurs across the country.

So my first coaching tip is (I just can’t help myself!) do your homework. Don’t settle for the first business coach you meet. Take the time to do your due diligence. Make sure you are compatible with your coach. Ask for testimonials. Ask yourself some simple questions: Is it affordable? Is this coach approachable? Has my coach walked in my shoes or is he a dry, inexperienced textbook coach? Do I believe working with this coach can double or triple my business? Am I ready to commit to changing my business?

I’m confident you’ll find that I’m a good fit for you and your business. So if you’re a bit interested about my coaching program, reach out to me and find out. The best thing that can happen is that you found the perfect coach. The worst thing that can happen is that we both made a new friend.

Testimonials:

“Hi Larry, Thank you very much for meeting with me yesterday! You gave me a lot of interesting and valuable pointers. I knew my discrepancies myself but your graph pointed it out (and so did you!) that I cannot ignore it any longer. See your powers are working! Please keep my weaknesses confidential, I know you will. I will mention you and your great abilities to everyone I know. Thank you so much!” (Name Withheld)

“Larry Vivola is a bright, savvy entrepreneur who thrives on helping other entrepreneurs. He thinks small business in a big way. When we learned Larry had left Brooklyn for sunnier climes, we made him an honorary Brooklyn Chamber member for life.” Mark M. Kessler

“Larry is a disruptive thinker in the best sense possible. He just doesn’t accept status quo. Larry has changed my business, and more importantly, how I view my business. My business now serves me!” Paul Villella

“Larry showed me how guerilla marketing and self-generated public relations is extremely easy and has generated thousands and thousands of dollars.” John Addis

“Larry has coached and mentored me, and I have surpassed my goals beyond my wildest dreams. He truly cares about his clients and their successes. He’s like a partner but accepts peanuts for his compensation.”  Tom Edgecumbe
